Feeling myself these days!

Finding maintenance dosing now and checking weight when food noise goes up to check if I need a dose. My weight fluctuates a lot though - was 240 two weeks back, then dropped to 229 recently.

Been plateaued for over 2 years. Lost 65 and stuck between 162–168. Switched to Mounjaro last year hoping to break it but nope, max dose at 12.5mg hasn't budged it. No side effects from either drug, honestly content where I'm at—my lowest adult weight and off some meds. Another 20 would be nice though.

Totally get that feeling. It's easy to become invested in helping folks and want to believe the best in them. Being cautious is smart.

Robin_72 that 175-180 zone being the sweet spot for your frame makes a lot of sense. It took me a while to stop chasing a number that made no sense for my actual body. Started at 248 and the first real milestone was getting back under 220, which had felt impossible for years. Now pushing toward 195 and it is starting to feel real. The thing about everyone carrying weight differently is worth holding onto when progress feels slow. You are more than halfway from 250 to goal and that is genuinely significant. The last stretch always takes longer but the foundation right now is what makes it stick.
