same thing happened to me on my first dose. terrified but wanted it to work. couldn't eat or drink for three days. after that hell week i switched to half dose twice weekly instead of one big shot and everything got better. took a few weeks to dial in but now it's solid.
 
Glp-1s are getting popular in the longevity space for cardiovascular benefits and mortality cuts. Healthy weight people microdosing now for that. Data in 10 years will be interesting.
 
Six months of research before the first shot is the thorough approach - the anxiety usually settles once you've done your first injection.
 
The low-dose start is the cautious approach and that reads fine - 1 unit at the first injection just to check for a reaction is how a lot of careful people begin. The full prescribed dose has room to ramp up from there.
 
The batch-consistency logic for testing is sound - if multiple vials share the same manufacturing run, testing one provides more information than testing each independently. The practical question is whether the group you are testing with has confirmed batch provenance.
 
the v1 reliability concern is real - the smaller form factor is appealing but when you are new to the protocol and not totally confident in the mechanism, having something that works predictably every time matters more than the ergonomics. once the injection routine is comfortable, revisiting the size preference makes more sense
 
Finally doing it is the hardest part done! The diluting math is confusing at first but you figured it out. That first one is always the biggest step.
