Ozempic Journey - Thoughts after 1.5 Years

Hard to buy from a salesperson. My SIL talks about being friends with JC since forever and brags his company's killing it. Yet she never once said congrats on my 60 pound loss and lectures me about peptides. That stings.
 
Been on this for about 3 years and I've shifted my injection schedule many times. My advice: keep a log of when you inject. Makes tracking way easier and stops you from accidentally doubling up.
 
Quick note - if you get an HRT script, there's a crazy shortage of estradiol everywhere now that FDA removed the boxed warning (long overdue) and tons more ladies realize it's actually safe and helpful. We're all switching pharmacies constantly to keep supply running. And seriously this never happens with men's drugs.
 
by not following the basic instructions you're still at 1mg after three weeks. weight loss is a side effect—it takes time. don't blame the med. maybe it won't work for you but you haven't really given it a proper shot yet.
 
Five years in and still occasional - that tracks with what people report here. It tends to stay episodic rather than constant, which is livable. The 'it always passes' framing is the right one.
