Tirz vial recon jitters!

Did you follow the standard starting dose of 0.3? I'm prepping a vial now and deciding what concentration to use. Since it's 16mg total, I'm leaning toward five separate portions that I can freeze. The thing is, if I'm staying at a low dose like 0.3, that's a massive amount per vial.

Reconstituting tirz follows the same protocol as sema - BAC water, slow addition down the vial wall, no shaking. For the 5mg jump from 2.5mg tirz after being on 1.7mg sema, your tolerance is already established so standard titration applies. On filtering: most don't filter compounded tirz at home since the prep is done in a sterile environment - if you're filtering domestic compounded vials it adds more variables than it removes unless you're working with raw powder yourself.
