L-Carnitine Injections: Worth the Hype?

I'm turning 70 soon, so prostate health is top of mind. I've been checking into Prostamax peptide. Anyone have any experience with that? I saw one report of it dropping PSA levels when they were elevated. But I'm concerned about cancer-related impacts?

I have heard of it helping with some prostate issues, but I am not sure that it is a cancer treatment. I believe that it helps lower the chances of prostate cancer.

Listen to your body and don't force yourself to finish a meal if you're feeling full. It's a surprisingly difficult mental adjustment, but it's key. If you think "I'm already pretty full, but there are only a few more bites left", just stop. Put it down!

Injectable L-carnitine has better bioavailability than oral for sure - the SQ vs IM debate matters more at higher volumes above 1mL where IM absorption is more consistent. The carb co-injection requirement for GLUT4 transport is the part most people miss; without carbs the cellular uptake is limited regardless of delivery method.
