Best time to start shots?

I'm using a 5 mg Mounjaro pen and wondering about switching to grey-market tirz. Looking to understand if effects are comparable when the product's accurate, whether I should stay at 5 or drop lower when switching, and best practices. Not asking for sources, just want to be smart about it.

depends on the concentration. if you've got 12.5mg/mL then a 7.5mg dose is 0.6mL, so you'd need the 1.0mL syringe not the 0.5mL

Diarrhea can come back when restarting after a gap, yeah. Feverish feeling worries me - that's worth getting checked on before Tuesday if it worsens.

had a gym injury that tanked my pressing. took this supplement daily at 250mg and within 3 days it was 80% better. i like the blend even though you're supposed to take it twice a week separately—convenience wins for me.

Timing relative to the week matters less than consistency. Starting Friday versus Monday does not change outcomes. What matters is keeping the interval regular once you pick a day. The body adjusts to the schedule.

Timing matters for the side effect window more than pharmacology - serum levels are stable across weekly schedules. Inject when you can absorb the nausea window, usually end-of-week. At 0.25mg the window is mild regardless.

Saturday evening shot means Friday is your weakest day - that's the end of the cycle for most people on a weekly schedule. If you find weekend food situations are harder that makes sense with the timing. Some people shift to Friday morning specifically to cover the weekend better.

The 3-day rough window that resets every injection cycle without improvement is the signal to try a different injection day - the side effect timing is fixed relative to when you pin, so choosing a day where the worst of it falls on lower-commitment time helps. Most people find switching to a weekend injection shifts the rough part to a manageable window.
