Finally normal labs!

The follow-up panels are often the most useful ones - the standard metabolic panel misses things like inflammatory markers and vitamin levels that shift on GLP-1s. Worth getting a full picture while you're at it.

The basic panel recommendation is the right starting point before adding more specialized markers - FBE, metabolic panel, and hs-CRP gives you the inflammation and organ function baseline that everything else layers on top of. The comprehensive list gets expensive fast; knowing what you're actually monitoring for and sequencing the more specialized labs based on that is more useful than ordering everything at once.

The combination of lifting, protein, and CJC/Ipa/Tesa makes it genuinely hard to isolate what each one is doing. The body recomping while on a GLP-1 is a result a lot of people are chasing and you may have found the stack that works even without knowing which piece is doing the most. A1C from 10.5 to manageable is the headline win here though.

Genuinely great experience for me, dropped 60 pounds, brought down both A1C and cholesterol, and never had a single side effect.

Hey, me again! My glaucoma pressures came back normal for the first time in decades. Doctor thinks mj is behind it since I haven't dropped a huge amount of weight. Really hoping this holds, the health upside alone would be life changing.

Bloodwork has improved dramatically, sorry to disappoint anyone hoping otherwise. Only downside has been my pulse climbing 12 to 15 beats per minute. Settled back down some since, though still running above my usual baseline.
