Shot day and progress tracker recs?

Lost it cause I caved on day 6 and ate a bunch. Day 7 always gets me. Tried switching to every six days for a bit, moving my injection from Saturday to Wednesday, but Fridays I'd blow it with weekend treats. Thankfully now it lasts long enough I can coast all week.
 
Weekend shot timing works well for the fatigue window - if side effects run 24-48 hours, Saturday morning gives recovery time before Monday. For tracking, Cronometer and Happy Scale together cover food and weight progress without much overlap.
 
consistency of day matters more than which day you pick - the half-life math works the same on any day of the week, the important part is that your schedule actually supports you doing it reliably. saturday morning before anything else is a solid anchor if that fits your week. the apps that let you log shot day and track patterns are worth having for the first several months even if you stop using them later
