Oops, forgot the image in the last one. Doing a repost. Officially over halfway there! I'm 6'0". Started in October '25 at 230 lbs. Today I'm at 199 lbs. I only did the .25 mg dose for a month, then went to .5 mg and have been on that since November. My goal is 176! Hit a small plateau in January around 206ish because of the holidays, plus I wasn't motivated to workout in the cold. Got my act together in Feb and the weight is coming off again. My clothes are fitting so much better, it's the best motivation.

For those of you who have been on this a while, about how much did you lose in the first couple months? Just got my script and we're about the same height.

I dropped about 50 lbs in the first two months. It slowed down after that, but it was a good start!

Been here about 2.5 years, before GLP-1 was accessible to non-type-2 folks. Wish these existed before my stomach surgery. No complications now, but I'm stuck managing nutrition and hydration forever. If these stop working, my bariatric history might actually help keep weight off.

94.5 to 76.4 with 75 as the target means you're essentially there. Staying at the low dose and letting it work at its own pace while almost at goal is a disciplined approach. Almost done.

Yeah, 225 to 207 in a month and a half on low Tirz is solid early movement. The 5'10 frame at 170 is a reasonable goal but if the medication keeps performing, going further than the original target is worth considering. How has appetite been at the current dose?

Low dose for five months, fast early loss, then the stall 16 lbs from goal for 6 weeks is a very recognizable arc. Staying patient through a stall when you're that close takes real nerve. What finally broke it?
