My clothes are too big! (happy dance)

Hong Kong Yanpep International
I mixed my 60mg vial with 2ml bac water, doing 25 units on a 100-unit syringe for 7.5mg. That's what my calculator says so I'm going with it.

been on tirz since october and food noise just vanished, nausea kicked in. stuck with 5mg for five weeks now and today the noise is somehow worse than day one. not following the standard schedule, didn't want to jump to high doses fast.

So happy I tried this medication. Helped with cravings but also cut my alcohol interest way down. Used to drink regularly, that's just gone now. Spacing doses out right now and planning to taper further.

23 pounds in and faces change before bodies catch up. it's the start of a long road but eating differently and moving more already feels good. i'm nervous about upping to 5mg tonight but i'm locked in. new chapter, better life.

Low-dose glp-1 could be huge for people on antipsychotics—weight gain is brutal and most have to choose. Amazing if it became routine there. Was on 2-4mg weekly for a year, stopped a few months, pinned 4mg ten days ago and can't eat lol.

Shopping freedom as a milestone is genuinely different from anything the scale tells you - walking into any store and finding your size is a practical daily change that most people don't fully appreciate until they have it.

Similar starting points and going lower than the original goal is something a lot of people find themselves doing once they see how things are trending. The clothes getting too big fast is usually the first tangible signal. How much further are you aiming now?

Size 16 to 6 is the kind of result that shows up in the body before the scale even reflects it fully. The OP's August start and October results is a faster timeline than most people expect. How long did the dose take to get to where the real movement started?

The learning curve and the nausea hurdle are what most people have to get through before hitting their stride, and that filters out the ones who don't find the right dose or approach for them. The OP hitting the happy trail at clothes already too big is the milestone after clearing that curve. What does the rest of the journey look like from here?

The pattern of trying new interventions first in a social circle and staying open about them creates a different experience than waiting for social permission - the information your circle gets from your experience is often the thing that eventually gives someone else the confidence to address their own situation. The to-my-face qualifier is honest and well understood; the acceptance gap between what people say directly and what they think privately closes over time as results speak for themselves

Nice work! Went from a size 16 down to a 6, small top too. Dug out a linen top from the closet, bought it a couple years ago, and could nearly wrap it around myself twice at this point. Still not used to this new size, honestly, good surprise though. Thinking about bringing this med up with my 26 year old son. His blood pressure's high, lipids are off. He's trying to eat better and move more but was at 291 last time he saw the doctor. Way too young to be dealing with these risk factors. Not like he caused this metabolic condition himself.

Thank you, truly, for both of those! I love putting outfits together now and my confidence has climbed right along with the weight loss. So much easier dressing a smaller frame and actually feeling good in it, way more style options open up too.
