Sema not working as well as I hoped?

How was transitioning from rybelsus to injections? The oral form at 7mg works really well for me but the pill is annoying to take.
 
thanks for this. losing some but nothing like the stories. still have food noise and cravings but eat less. thought i was unlucky till now. hanging in and working with my doc to figure out what works.
 
My posture tanked at one point, all hunched forward. Got a trainer to help and realized I needed stronger back muscles. Heavy lifting and some stretches for neck tension worked really well.
 
wake up not hungry and skip eating til 2pm easy. full lunch and almost don't need anything til next day except a small bite at 7. but start small in the morning and i can't stop, get HUNGRY.
 
35 lbs in 4 months the first time and then returning to find it worked differently is the tolerance reset story playing out. The break doesn't always reset the receptor sensitivity the way people expect. 14 months with a small break and 20 lbs is the version where the second run is genuinely less effective. Tirz is the next mechanism worth considering.

The honest answer on calorie math is that sema doesn't override the intake picture - it just makes the deficit easier to create. 20 lbs in 14 months with a break is on the lower end. The honest audit of what's going into your body usually shows something.
 
This is exactly me. The hunger before GLP-1 was relentless and I don't want to go back to that. Even when I think about coming off, I remember what that constant noise was like. It wasn't just willpower - it was a physiological thing that was exhausting to fight every single day.
