Cagrilintide - am I immune?!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The unit versus milligram question is really worth pinning down - the effective dose range in milligrams is completely different from units, and running a protocol based on the wrong unit has caused real issues for people. What does your actual weekly total come out to in milligrams when you do the math?

The cagri response kicking in at 2.4 but not before is a really common pattern. A lot of people find it does nothing until they push past the entry doses. Not taking it same day as Tirz also helps avoid the overlap on sides. If the OP is at a lower cagri dose, there's more room to go.

Feels like plenty of people get overly nervous about Cagri because of warnings floating around here about not eating for days after what sounded like a modest amount.

Hasn't been an issue for me at all.

My Cagri progression went 500mcg every six days, then 1mg every six days, then 2mg every six days, and next round I'm pushing to 3mg. That's spanned over three and a half months, and I'm roughly 12-13 pounds lighter across that window. That's on top of already shedding 41lbs from Tirz alone over four months, maxing out at 10mg every six days.
