Miralax works well too. Really the main thing people on these meds need to think about. Prevention is key, can't stress that enough. New folks don't realize how quick things can spiral. Been there when I was starting out myself.
 
sleep issues on tirz definitely hit me hard at first too but it leveled out after a bit. eating some protein before bed helps because blood sugar can tank around 3am and that cortisol surge will absolutely wake you up. made a real difference for me
 
Agree it's not ideal, but why combine them? SubQ injections are nearly painless even at high frequency. I draw all my peptides with one needle in the AM using fresh alcohol wipes for each draw and pin.
 
Nice supply - that's got you covered for over two years. With your tirzepatide dose I'd bump to 6mg minimum, preferably 5, or take your 2.4 every third or fourth day instead. Dosing escalates fast. Grab the higher strength while prices are low; by the time you need it you'll burn through a pen every couple weeks.
 
Mixing retatrutide and Mounjaro at the same time is not standard and the overlapping mechanisms mean you do not have a clean read on what is doing what. If Mounjaro is not working well enough, the better move is dose optimization on one compound before layering another.
 
The FDA-approved ceiling exists for clinical reasons and going above it in a self-managed context comes with real unknowns. The approved range is where the safety monitoring was done. If you're not seeing the response you want within that range, the issue is probably elsewhere in the protocol.
 
Last pin Tirz at 3.5mg and first Reta at 1mg on the same day is a significant combined dose day. If you're stacking the two, keeping the Tirz dose elevated while Reta ramps is the approach that works for a lot of people. The quality question when the vial doesn't feel right is worth solving before pushing doses - have you tested another vial from the same kit?
 
The different vial feeling like half the original dose is the classic potency variance experience. If the first vial was working clearly and this one isn't, the vial is the variable - not the dose schedule or your response. Have you tried a fresh vial from a different batch to see if it changes?
 
The decision to keep using a vial that's producing inconsistent results versus replacing it is essentially a cost-benefit calculation between the loss of remaining product versus the loss of a consistent dose window. If two injections from the same vial have produced meaningfully different responses, that inconsistency is unlikely to resolve on its own. The dose targeting problem when actual content is unknown is the practical argument for switching to a fresh vial
 
Pretty sure the bottle I picked up covers about four consecutive daily doses. Guessing it takes more than just one shot to actually kick in.
 
Why not just up the tirz dose instead? More inflammation reduction that way, unless you're already capped at 15mg. Nothing admirable about clinging to the smallest dose possible.
 
Agree with that take. It's not a terrible plan overall, but you should hold steady on a new dose for a few weeks to reach a stable state and actually evaluate whether the combination's working, rather than switching things up weekly.

Fair point that this new amount hasn't had four full shots yet. Jumping straight from a smaller amount to double that would honestly be terrifying, given how strongly things reacted to this compound before, but titrating up slowly and giving each level enough time to build makes more sense.
