170 lbs without surgery is the result that rewrites people's sense of what's possible through medication-assisted loss - the 'it can't be that much without intervention' assumption is a significant part of why so many people delayed getting started. the speechless reaction is understandable
 
Congratulations! It's such a comfortable, understated win that I still appreciate. That, plus finally being able to sit comfortably with legs crossed.
