Seriously considering trying an anti-inflammatory peptide. Dealing with Hashimoto's, a spondyloarthritis condition, and POTS. Been on the dual-action medication since November. My biologic honestly does most of the heavy lifting there. Feels like the GLP hasn't done much for the joint condition, but I'm currently at 51 pounds lost, which counts as a win regardless.
Haven't seen anyone else mention this, but I genuinely think this medication is helping my POTS symptoms too. Resting heart rate dropped from 74 to 62 since April. Standing spikes that used to hit around 130 now stay in the 90s range. Heat brings its own set of POTS-related complications, and my heart rate hit 138 today, but the usual shaky, about-to-pass-out sensation never showed up. Was just outside refreshing bedding in the chicken coop.
