Upping dose, still lazy!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Down 35 lbs since March and working out twice a day is the version where the medication cleared enough space to actually want to move. The OP feeling great but not yet hitting the gym is a different but equally valid stage. The lazy feeling on these meds sometimes resolves when the dose goes up - has appetite changed at all with the latest adjustment?

Post-pin day 3 at 20mg is usually when the strongest side effect window hits before things settle. 35 lbs down and asking about the motivation piece is the energy question - sometimes the motivation dip is the medication, sometimes it's the caloric restriction itself, and sometimes it's just where you are in the cycle. What does day 5-7 of your dose look like versus day 3?

Would suggest focusing on nutrition and adding some physical activity into the mix. Give the body extra support working alongside the medication wherever possible.

haha your next bump up will feel like nothing after this
as long as you can get in a solid 100g of liquid protein daily and still function
enjoy the ride!
that's another pound of fat gone by end of week
keep hitting 12k steps
treat it like a special week, stay on your training plan etc

Held steady at 2.5mg the entire time. Tracked what I ate without going overboard about it, mostly just aiming for a general deficit while getting enough protein and fiber in. Exercise is a big piece too, I hit the gym four times weekly and clock well over 10,000 steps most days.

Honestly not sure. Haven't stepped on a scale in about six weeks so I can't say for certain how well it's working. Pants feel a bit looser and moving around's gotten a little easier, but if pressed I'd guess I'm maybe 5-10 pounds down. Also a little concerned since that same old food chatter is still very much present. Doing my best to stay mindful of what I eat, but the pull to just eat throughout the day is constant. Makes me question how effective this really is for me. Currently on the .5 dose. Got a full year's supply lined up so fingers crossed things improve. Wishing you luck too.
