Down 140! After 2.5 yrs...

Hong Kong Yanpep International
48 lbs and continued progress over 2 years is the patient version that holds rather than the fast version that reverses. 140 lbs in 2.5 years for the OP is what the long-game commitment looks like at the far end. Congrats on staying with it.

22.5 with no issues is a solid tolerance ceiling when the dose has been progressive. The peak window at 17 hours and the couple more days coming down is the timing to plan around for the worst of the side effects. Down 140 over 2.5 years is remarkable - the context on dose management shows the care that got you there.

140 lbs across 2.5 years is extraordinary - the patience required for something that long and the consistency through whatever was happening in your life along the way is genuinely impressive. One of the most real examples of showing up for yourself I've seen posted here.

You look incredible, and more importantly you sound genuinely happier!
Really glad to hear you got there entirely on 2.5, since that's where I'm at and want to stay, and reading around here had me starting to think nobody makes real progress staying at that amount. Truly impressive.

Love hearing that. Nicely done. Rough that insurance didn't pitch in, but I bet it's felt worth every penny. Not trying to pry, and totally fine if you'd rather skip this, but how are you doing mentally through all this? Only asking because dropping from 395 to 170 myself led to disordered eating patterns, and it's honestly been a difficult mental journey ever since.

Nothing's changed? Come on, you've done an incredible job. Losing more than 35 kg is genuinely fantastic, you should feel proud and give yourself real credit for that. I get not feeling like much has shifted though, been in that exact headspace myself before.
