Down 2 Stones! My GLP-1 Journey

Hong Kong Yanpep International
had shoulder surgery last summer and ran bpc-157, tb500, and ghk-cu for two weeks before and ten weeks after. the recovery was unreal—physical therapy progress way ahead of schedule, rom and strength both flying. still taking it easy with lighter weights but moving past what my therapist expected.

Moving through those BMI categories is its own kind of progress that the scale alone doesn't show - morbid to obese to overweight is a real distance. Two stones from goal is close enough to feel.

i'm interested in the TRT consideration at this body composition specifically. the evidence for TRT benefits in women is narrower than in men and at a lean starting point from tirz, the question is whether the goal is further fat loss, muscle gain, or both - they pull in somewhat different directions. the gym foundation the OP is building first is the right sequence regardless.

2mg at week 4 and 2.5 lbs per week is actually good enough reason to not rush the titration protocol and just increase as needed. The OP hitting the gym alongside the medication for the first time and enjoying it is the behavioral piece that tends to compound the medication's work. The increase-as-needed approach works well when the current dose is already doing what you want it to do.

Eating within an 8-hour window with protein prioritized while training 3-4 days a week is a solid structure with or without the medication. Adding GLP-1 to that foundation tends to produce better composition outcomes than the medication alone because the calorie floor has something useful in it. Two stones is a great start.
