Gallstones from weight loss? Ouch!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
My relative went from three fifty two to two eighteen in eight months. Sleep apnea gone, tongue roughly half the size, shrunk five ring sizes, near perfect cholesterol, hgbA1c five point two, now mild fatty liver. Four years back it was severe. Weight loss huge but other pathways exist. Anti inflammatory effects matter too.

My first 3 months were slower than hoped so this gives me encouragement. You look incredible and I hope you feel it. Can't wait to get back to moving without hurting.

tesamorelin 10mg $174 now. tb500 10mg $127 now. this med 15mg $110 now. klow 80mg $153. valid till the 30th. mia peptides got the deals.

been on the meds for almost 2 years, hitting boot camp 5x a week. had to restructure breakfast and lunch to get enough protein and fat to keep the energy up but i make it work. feel way worse when my schedule doesn't allow workouts than the meds do. focus on nutrient-dense food and you'll be fine.

1 lb per week is actually in the range that tends to lower gallstone risk compared to faster loss rates. The plateau coinciding with this thread is likely your body recalibrating before the next drop. Keeping at the steady pace is both safer for the gallbladder and tends to preserve more lean mass.

Sounds like a conversation worth having with your doctor about gallbladder removal. Is the delay because your BMI needs to come down first for surgical safety, or is there something else going on there?

Bald already at this point, so thinning hair barely registers as a concern. Gallstones though, that's something genuinely want to avoid encountering.

Ran into this too, ended up with a blockage forming and eventually had to get my gallbladder removed. Definitely worth talking to a doctor before this progresses any further.

Hey, we kicked off the same day! Fellow travelers on the third compound?

Sorry to hear that, honestly never expected gallstones could turn that serious. I've dropped over 25 pounds in a single month more times than I can count.

That's an incredible achievement for just three months, well done! You're looking fantastic!
Fast weight loss can trigger gallstones, so try working a bit of fat into your meals to keep bile flowing.
Looking forward to hearing how things continue, thanks for sharing x

Had my gallbladder removed, but that happened well before starting the dual-action medication, then later the third compound. Tried an older weight-loss injection long ago, ran it about twelve months, and barely lost anything. Speaking as someone who dealt with real consequences after losing that organ, I'd strongly encourage doing whatever's possible to avoid the same outcome. Look into which foods tend to trigger issues, mostly fatty ones, sometimes even the healthier kinds. Four years post-surgery and I still can't handle red meat, only recently managing chicken again without getting seriously ill. Dairy only works for me in tiny amounts. It's rough, I genuinely miss eating steak so much.

260 to 165 is huge, especially with gallbladder surgery thrown into that mix. Not a detail people usually mention, and it's genuinely important for anyone dropping weight this fast on these medications.

did your doctor warn you about that gallbladder risk beforehand, or did it hit out of nowhere? Asking since that one-meal-a-day habit you mentioned pops up constantly in this community, and folks don't always connect the dots to gallbladder trouble.
