Upped to 1.7... side effects 😫

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The slightly worse side effect window the following week after an early injection is a real pattern - the shorter interval means the receptor load is higher at the start of that cycle. It normalizes once you're back on the regular schedule.

36 weeks at 0.25 and still moving is the right argument for staying there - stepping up only makes sense if progress has actually stalled.

The post-dose-increase side effects resolving is the typical pattern - the GI system needs time to adapt to each level. Holding at the new dose through the adjustment period rather than dropping back is usually what gets you to the 'oh, it went away' outcome.

the fiber increase as the fix for the first-month side effect load is the adjustment that tends to be underestimated relative to the work it actually does - GLP-1 slows gastric transit, and without adequate fiber to maintain stool consistency and volume the result is predictable. most people who add the fiber early find the difficult month was actually unnecessary

Yes, actually brought this up with my own primary doctor too, saw rapid weight drop on a similar medication as well but couldn't stand the side effects.

Exact same situation here. Been sitting at half a milligram for over a month, and the overnight vomiting has finally calmed down. Haven't dropped back to a quarter, but there's no rush to climb higher from here either.
