Down 40, halfway there!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
asking if anyone stayed on low dose like 0.25 or 0.50 and still lost 20-25 pounds. i know it's non-therapeutic but looking for win stories. want to go as low as possible. switched to high protein, high fiber, lifting 3x a week.

Didn't expect this but docs can be weird. Told mine one thing wasn't working and heard low-dose something could help with prostate stuff but got nowhere. Asked my pharmacy what insurance would actually cover - price was insane. Cuban's CostPlus works in the US but india beats even that.

On 2.5 since late Feb (tenth dose) and still averaging 3.8 lbs weekly loss. Doc visit early June before dose 16 and we'll talk about bumping to 5mg. Insurance pre-approved me till 2027, which is interesting since I read here about people getting pushed to titrate on a schedule.

160 to 131 and still at 1.0mg is a strong result without going high on the dose. The bank account part is the part of the conversation that does not come up enough. Congrats on your own progress too.

Congrats! Only real advice I've got is patience. Just 2lbs this month? Totally fine. Pound by pound is exactly how I got to 90lbs lost. Let the medication do what it does and resist the urge to rush things. Welcome to the new chapter!

Been exactly where you are. Lost over 100lbs and have held a healthy, normal weight for more than two years now. Total game changer honestly, my only regret is not starting sooner. Basically zero side effects for me. Cravings vanished. That rabid hunger feeling, gone completely. Still kind of wild to think about. Hang in there, patience pays off. Good luck!
