Cagri side effects vary?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Running 8mg reta with barely any noticeable effect. Chalking it up to my medical history and past steroid use. Still on the fence about trying cagri.

My elora dose is a small 2mg, and the strange brain fog I had on cagri has not shown up. Just curious, did it hit at the injection spot or all through your body? Endotoxin contamination might explain an allergic response.

Here's how Cagri went for me. Tirze from August 2025, then Reta from early 2026. I began Reta at 1mg/w and climbed to 7.5mg/w. My first 7.5mg brought heavy diarrhea and other trouble for a week, so I dropped down to 5mg/w and later moved to 5mg every 5 days. After a 5 or 6 week plateau without notable trouble I added Cagri, first 0.1mg/w with no effect, then 0.4mg. The last shot was 3 days ago, and since the next day I've felt terrible: extreme fatigue (today's gym session got cut short), nausea, very low blood pressure at 100/60. My smartwatch worries me most, flagging odd sleep across three nights plus atrial fibrillation. A cardiologist visit is coming for a checkup. I can't claim Cagri caused it, and my doctor can't hear that I used it, since he only knows approved GLP1 peps.

Curious whether you had any side effects on Tirz? Caught a doctor on a health show mentioning that people who react to one GLP-1 drug will likely react to the fifth compound too, but the reverse also seems to hold true, staying symptom-free on Tirz tends to predict a lower chance of trouble with the fifth compound as well.
