Tirz... Less effective? Anyone else?

Doesn't add up. They're just competing for the same receptors. Better move would be pushing past 15mg of Tirz at that point, though the trial data for higher amounts hasn't come out yet.
 
Everyone's body reacts differently here, hard to predict across the board, worth circling back with your doctor if things feel unclear.

Also want to add, oral semaglutide isn't actually weaker, it just absorbs less efficiently than an injection, which is exactly why the dose needs to run higher compared to tirz.
 
Tirz did absolutely nothing for me. Sema on the other hand works incredibly well. Odd, but true, maybe just comes down to individual body chemistry.
 
Picked up tirzepatide and cagrisema together with my latest order, and neither one did anything. Started wondering if the issue was on my end. Turns out when I tested the batch from five months back, the new stuff just isn't good quality.
