Halfway to my goal!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
been gaining since my early 20s. pcos then had my son. topped out at 250. started wegovy august and i'm 194 now. today was the first time in 10 years i tried clothes at a store. went from barely fitting size 16 to size 12. cried in the dressing room. so happy.

104.3 from 114.8 in the middle of March is a solid start and the goal weight question is worth working through now rather than waiting until you're close. The OP's prediabetes resolving is a useful goal type - metabolic marker improvements rather than just a number can give you a target that the body will tell you when you've hit.

Down 11kg here too, five to go. Holding off on new clothes, just wearing the oversized stuff until I hit goal. Planning a little celebration shopping trip once I get there.

Unfortunately still weighing in every single morning here, can't seem to quit that habit. Telling myself it's just to confirm fat's coming off and not muscle. On the bright side though, blood pressure and glucose numbers have never looked this good.

Getting close to goal weight changes how things work. Doesn't mean progress has stalled though. Real work still happens in the kitchen, tracking what you eat.

Wait, 10 pounds or 10 stone? Haha sorry, everything gets mixed up using kg here. What was the starting number and how much came off exactly?

My current target lands right below the 25 mark on the BMI scale. Weighing whether to set the real number a touch lower still, giving myself some cushion to stay comfortably in the healthy range while working out the right maintenance approach.

Thank you! Started mid-August 2025, and that after photo was taken this past May. Sitting at 293 right now, and my doctor said she'd be pleased once I hit 188. My own target is 166, and she agreed that's a completely reasonable, healthy number to aim for.

Aiming for 200. Haven't seen that number since I was 18, which was 47 years back now. My lowest as an adult has been 230. Right now I'm at 250.

Down a solid amount this year already, main goal is landing at a lighter target before my wedding next spring, would be nice to eventually land in what counts as a 'healthy' range. But at minimum I'm crossing the line out of obese and into just overweight, no matter what it takes.

Still averaging over 2lbs weekly while keeping muscle, lean mass and BMR. Reached the 250s! Halfway to my 200-205 goal, 49.5lbs of fat gone. Ultrasound this month to check how the fatty liver is doing.
