Tried an older weight-loss injection long ago, ran it about twelve months, and barely lost anything. Speaking as someone who dealt with real consequences after losing that organ, I'd strongly encourage doing whatever's possible to avoid the same outcome. Look into which foods tend to trigger issues, mostly fatty ones, sometimes even the healthier kinds. Four years post-surgery and I still can't handle red meat, only recently managing chicken again without getting seriously ill. Dairy only works for me in tiny amounts. It's rough, I genuinely miss eating steak so much.
