What calorie cutbacks are you doing?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
You've definitely been dropping weight, but is the food intake actually enough overall? I'm 46, female, 5'2, and average around 1500 calories a day myself.

What's daily calorie intake looking like, roughly, and how's that split across protein, carbs, and fat? If the scale hasn't budged in two weeks straight, the explanation's usually simple. There wasn't a calorie deficit happening those two weeks. Because a deficit is the only mechanism that actually drives weight loss. That's exactly why tracking daily intake matters, having a concrete number to work from makes small adjustments possible.

Taking a peptide alone isn't going to just make the scale move on its own. Whether on one of these compounds or not, staying in a deficit daily is still what drives gradual fat loss. This drug class is just a tool, it makes maintaining that deficit easier by cutting appetite and cravings, nothing more. It doesn't cause weight loss directly. It just supports the actual goal. Weight comes off by burning more than what goes in.
