Just did my first 0.25mg ozempic shot yesterday. Already noticing reduced appetite this morning, genuinely. Feeling full off a normal portion and not constantly thinking about the next meal. Also a touch of mild nausea, nothing extreme, just enough to make eating less appealing. Is this a real effect this early or placebo? Was told it usually takes a while to kick in and might not show until reaching a higher dose, so feeling different literally overnight seems strange.

Not a placebo thing, GLP-1s genuinely can kick in within a matter of days for some people, sounds like you just landed on the fast-responding side of things!

First dose was 0.25 back in early January, morning shot, and by evening I had zero appetite and mild nausea. Sitting at 0.4 now by counting clicks, losing about a pound every eight days, 23 down total. Slow and steady's my pace.

No side effects for me, but the appetite suppression was noticeable within just a few hours. So yeah, seems like it can kick in fast for certain people.

I assume it's placebo: Wednesday was my first shot, 1.25mg. My usual hunger cues showed up, but I didn't feel snackish in between, which is unusual for me. Worth noting my muscles have a metabolic condition and I react oddly to plenty of medications, so I'm starting super carefully to avoid a crash.
