Supplements: all the hype?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
lost all my weight eating high carb, low fat - lots of volume that way. feeling fuller sooner combined with the appetite suppression did the trick. just get your protein in. don't beat yourself up - once it clicks and the food noise drops, you'll get there. some people respond faster, some slower.

Supplement timing matters more than most people realize on these meds - the reduced intake means you're working with a compressed window to get micronutrients in, and taking them with what little you do eat rather than on an empty stomach makes a real difference for absorption and GI tolerance.

Congrats on your progress! Just took my fourth 0.25 dose today and already dealing with nausea and bloating.
Down 12 pounds so far, moving up to 0.5 starting next week.

Got any supplement recommendations or tips that worked well for you?

Drinking plenty of water helps. I mix a fiber cereal into my oatmeal too, chia seeds make a real difference. Also keep a stool softener on hand plus some fiber gummies.

Struggling to cut back on supplements? Got just the fix for that! Just merge them all into one giant pill so the sheer number doesn't feel as overwhelming. Obviously joking here.

Water first, then protein, then fiber, that's my priority order. Take two fiber gummies daily too. Just relax and let the weight come off naturally. Everyone responds differently, some drop weight immediately while others need to reach a higher dose first. It's going to work out great!

Just moved from the starting amount up to double that this past Saturday, and haven't managed to eat properly since the start of this week... so it's back to the smaller dose for me. Nausea never fully disappeared through the first month, but it's never hit quite this intensely or lingered this long before. (And yes, already reached out to my doctor about it.)
