Slow & Steady Wins the Race!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Type 2 diabetic here. Lost roughly half a pound weekly, with a few stalls mixed in. But a year later I'm down 45 pounds and hit every target, weight and A1C both. Focus on learning to eat better and staying active. Sounds like you're exactly where you should be.

12 pounds over three months sounds fantastic!! I lose painfully slowly myself, so that number sounds like a dream. What's your total loss looking like so far?

Taking my time with this, might increase the amount next week. Lost a handful of pounds already. Genuinely comforting hearing from others who are also brand new to all this.

Progress has been painfully slow for me too. Maybe 2-3 pounds monthly! Discouraging for sure. Still, at least the number's moving in the right direction.

Solid work here! Nearly 30 lbs gone across roughly three months deserves real recognition. That trend line looks exactly right, not a perfectly smooth drop, but a steady downward slope through the normal daily wobble. Getting under 300 marks a genuine turning point. Keep piling up those small wins, and before long you'll glance back at 298 the way you're glancing back at 328 today. Onward!
