Any recommendations for reputable med spas? Looking for places that offer:

-B12 injections
-Skin and hair rejuvenation treatments
-Amino acid blends

Also, any opinions on whether GHK-Cu should be mixed in same vial as other peps? Or is it better to inject it separately to avoid any copper ion interactions that might reduce the effectiveness of other substances?

Thanks!

For B12, taking it orally usually works just as well, unless you're really low and need a quick boost. Lots of protein shakes have it too.

Most doctors will test your B12 levels if you ask.

Mixing peps together in a vial isn't ideal, even if it's common, except for ease. If they clump together, that might increase the risk of a reaction. Maybe it's safer to mix two peps in a syringe right before injecting (like GHK-Cu and KPV, or BPC-157 and TB-500).

A minute in a syringe isn't enough time for them to really interact. And you'd only have two shots for KLOW that way. Sounds like a good middle ground, while letting you change doses for each pep.

Also, copper ions might be a concern when mixing in a vial. But adding to a syringe seems okay if you use it right away. And KPV is supposed to help with any sting from GHK-Cu.

Yeah, that's what I thought, too.

It seems like GHK-cu works well with the klow group. But it only lasts about 2 hours, so I've been injecting it 4 hours apart from other peps. I've read that while the copper is active, it might reduce the effectiveness of other peptides. So, even though they're good to take together overall, maybe not at the exact same time.

What do you think?

I'm not sure, but that's interesting info. Spreading out the timing might help lower endotoxin exposure. With my two-syringe idea (which I haven't tried yet), I'd try to take one shot at least an hour before the other.

I get mine in my lipo C shot. I prefer it that way because they use Methylcobalamin, which is vitamin B12. It's absorbed better than the synthetic kind that your body has to convert.

I've heard mixed opinions on mixing GHK-Cu with other peps. Some research suggests the copper ions *could* interfere, but it's not definitively proven in humans. Separating the injections by a few hours is a reasonable precaution if you're concerned. I always err on the side of caution.

Anyone know of any legit compounding pharmacies that ship internationally?

I saw one mentioned online, begins with NP, that ships from Chile. Anyone have experience with them?

New pep company called Swisher Peptide is having a buy one get one free sale this weekend. They also say they do independent testing for purity, so that's a plus.

Oh wow thanks for the heads up! Good prices, too. What peps are you using?

I'm currently trying out MT-2 and Oxy. Feeling better mood on Oxy and the MT-2 is definetly working.

Speaking of compounding pharmacies and purity, it's crucial to verify their certifications and practices, especially when sourcing internationally. Look for facilities with ISO certifications and transparent testing protocols. It's worth the extra effort to ensure product quality and safety.

The GHK-Cu collagen and elastin production evidence is the strongest of its claimed mechanisms and the angiogenesis pathway is the one that makes post-surgical recovery the most compelling application - improved blood flow to healing tissue is exactly the requirement after any procedure that disrupts the tissue architecture. The timing relative to surgery and the dose question are the practical parameters that matter most for recovery-specific use

Might not pan out for everyone, though there's a fair amount of published research supporting topical use of the copper peptide. Not really seeing where the cost concern comes from though. Roughly $60 yearly for the injectable route, maybe $100 yearly going topical. You'll actually rack up more expense on syringes and skincare serums than the peptide costs you.

Not the same thing as KLOW, but applying GHK-Cu directly to skin has real research supporting it as a skincare option. Some people mix in SNAP8 alongside it for a mild botox-like topical effect. Skip paying premium for the freeze-dried vial version, plastic tubes of GHK run roughly ten dollars a gram, and you can blend that with hyaluronic acid to make your own serum. Worth searching around for.

Over a month now injecting 2mg of the copper peptide. Noticed my nails and cuticles are healthier overall, and my heels went from cracked and rough to genuinely soft. Stung a bit at first, so I experimented with different spots. Thighs and glutes ended up working best for me. Also run a derma roller over my face once or twice weekly followed by a matching serum. Skin's a bit tighter and smoother now, nothing dramatic though.
