Down 11% - should I stop?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
The dose-dependent set point idea tracks with what a lot of people observe - each level gets you to a new floor and holds you there, and when you've reached the top dose and that plateau, switching mechanism (to reta or another GLP-1 variant) is the next step rather than forcing further restriction.

365 and going up every month to 15mg is the fast titration approach. Whether stopping at 11% is the right move usually comes down to what the underlying goals are. If it's weight loss you could keep going, but there's something to be said for consolidating and holding too.

Hey, mind sharing more about how the dose range between 1 and 2mg went for your weight loss? Did things eventually start moving for you? Heading into week three at the starting amount myself and the scale's barely shifted, getting pretty discouraged over here.

Been holding steady at the latest amount for a while now:
Early weeks at a small amount
Middle stretch at a moderate amount
Current stretch at a higher amount, the present dose

Getting close to a third and final target, so looking into scaling back for a maintenance phase to see how the body responds. Like most people, weekly loss has slowed some, though the trend keeps heading down, with the occasional bigger week mixed in, so sticking with this approach for now. Results speak for themselves so far.
