Plateau at 7.5mg... now what?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Resetting like that generally doesn't accomplish much. Better move is climbing to 12.5 and then 15. After that it comes down to choices, how much does this actually matter to you? Enough to start tracking calories or meal prepping?

Using one peptide to manage side effects from another feels like a slippery slope honestly. Dealing with something similar myself at 11.5mg tirz. Confident things will settle once I'm fully at my max dose, hopefully already there, for a few months.

Staying at a lower amount as long as it keeps working is a smart plan. Started at 2.5mg weekly here too and moved up to 5mg after about a month. Lost 31kg over ten months without needing to go any higher. Hunger timing really depends on what got eaten the days before, sugar brings it back sooner, carbs in general tend to mean eating more overall. Plateaus will happen. Patience matters, give the body time to adjust to living at a new weight. As long as nothing else health-wise is off, the body tends to respond again once it's ready. Only bump the amount if actual regain starts happening. Staying away from sweets, starchy carbs, greasy food, and junk generally keeps everything on track.

Getting enough protein and staying active really matters on tirz too, otherwise muscle loss becomes a real risk alongside the fat.

Good luck.
