Soooo tired on this med?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Definitely check with your doctor, but I've had lightheadedness too. Make sure hydration's solid, and you might just need a small snack.

Three days in at 1mg today, just moved up to 2mg. Definitely feel some fatigue from it, but honestly the treadmill session right after lifting weights just keeps going strong.

Really glad this got said out loud. Same experience here, total energy drain along with heavy brain fog and constant body fatigue, even after fixing both an iron and vitamin D shortfall. Genuinely started wondering if something more serious was going on. Bumped the dosage up recently, maybe not the best timing, and now it's a matter of figuring out how to handle that.

This stuff wiped me out and threw off my gym routine for a while, and not in a good way. Now five months in, it's evened out. Getting back to the intensity I actually enjoy. Early on it genuinely worked against my goals, even put on some weight at first.

Yep, completely wiped out here too. Only at the starting amount and zero energy. Feels like the weight's coming off and hunger's barely showing up. How's the fatigue being managed on your end? Tried any vitamins?

Currently on the single-pathway medication and just dropped my dose because of how draining the fatigue got. Fortunate enough to be retired these days, though I'm someone who normally likes moving around and hitting the gym every day, which just isn't happening lately.
My appetite's basically gone, so the weight's coming off fast. Hoping the lower dose eases up on the exhaustion some.

About a year in and it's been a constant issue for me. My loss stalled, partly because I can barely get myself moving when I'm tired and nauseous all the time. Honestly I have to haul myself out of the chair. In the beginning the drug did tame my huge appetite, but not anymore. The upside is around 20 pounds gone and a lower A1C. I plan to ask my doctor about coming off, or maybe halving the 1 mg dose.

Rybelsus for about ten weeks now, at 7mg. Honestly it's probably not the pill itself but my shrunken diet, and the few things I do eat lately fall well short nutritionally. I grab easy, quick stuff since cooking takes energy I lack. Cooking is something I enjoy, yet once I finally decide to eat I'm shaky, weak and worn out. That's not the meds, it's simply not having eaten. It's a mess...

Two weeks until I start on 7.5, and now I'm scared, because on 5mg I'm wiped out for days after the shot. Can't picture feeling more tired than now.

Thanks for posting this. All those glowing 'my life changed' posts wear on me. This drug has flattened me as well. March was my start and 1 mg is where I sit now. Still nauseous, no energy, and eating stopped feeling fun. The gym rarely happens for me, and a session lasts roughly half an hour. Curbing my drinking was why I began. It helps but isn't the miracle I'd hoped for. My refill for the next month at 1 mg just went through; if things don't improve I'll quit or step down to 0.5.
