Never bothered looking at a weight chart unless I was hunting for a reason to feel bad about nothing. Been muscular my whole life and always landed 'overweight' on every chart out there. Played three sports a year from grade school clear through high school. Built up plenty of mental health baggage since my mom, always slender herself, would regularly point out that I could stand to lose weight when I was a teenager. Competed in college athletics and lifted consistently until about a year before these photos, then I settled into a desk job and got lazy. I look noticeably softer here than at my peak, when I was 165 pounds with visible abs, curling 35lb dumbbells for reps, and cranking out dozens of pushups plus hundreds of situps without effort back in high school and college, just for reference. These particular photos are from five weeks and twelve weeks along, expecting my first child, honestly the only reason any body pics from that era even exist, glad I snapped a few bump shots! I'm 5'7" and over 160 lbs across these images. Do I look overweight to you? At the time I believed I was. Now I'd give anything to be back there. Body image struggles were absolutely real for me.
So realistically my target aesthetic weight will probably land near 145lbs, since I'm still carrying noticeably more muscle than average for a woman my age
