My current weight now falls within what counts as a healthy range for someone my height, though I'm hoping to push a bit further down and then hold there, giving myself some cushion in case things creep back up eventually. Started considerably heavier, so there's still ground to cover, but the toughest part is clearly behind me at this point!

Started right around 80kg! Now down to 77kg after one month at the lower amount and two weeks at the next step up.

Yay, congrats!! Hit a two-week wall at that exact same kilo mark myself, and honestly it was kind of amusing since I was so ready to finally see the next number down, and that was supposedly my week for it! Felt like my body just flat out said no.
