It's so worth it! Still on my way...

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Thank you right back! Working through the mental side of maintenance these days, and reading your excitement is honestly giving me a boost too. Nice to pause and appreciate how far things have come these past couple years, because it really has been something.

Even a 10% loss brings measurable health gains. Didn't get into specifics before since there's no real way to predict how any one body responds long term, but for reference I started at 1.25mg and hit the 30% mark by the time I reached 5mg.

That's amazing! Seeing quick results from a really low dose myself too, just moved up to 1mg a week. Wild how well this stuff works, genuinely thrilled we found it!

Wow, congratulations!! Mind sharing what medication and dose got you there? Curious about your routine too, and any tips or tricks. Thanks so much in advance!

Been on 2.5mg for close to four months now and it's still delivering. Might consider bumping to 5 once the scale plateaus or starts creeping the wrong way, but no complaints yet.

Also really appreciating that general anhedonia effect. Makes staying disciplined with workouts a lot easier too.

Honestly gained a ton of extra energy! Sharper focus and clearer thinking overall. Also feel like circulation's improved somehow, which seems to be boosting overall performance.

Sorry things got that hard for a while, but genuinely thrilled to see the upswing! One month in and already down that much is seriously impressive. Keep riding that momentum, welcome back to feeling like yourself.

Had something similar, honestly just pushed through it. Still get occasional symptoms but it's improved a lot.

Down 23 kilos in nine months.

Absolutely worth every bit of it, life feels genuinely better.

Definitely felt a bit down last night reading some of the responses, but glad to see others sharing the same excitement today. Also new to this for weight, but there's already a noticeable improvement in energy and mental clarity, if that makes sense. The body just feels lighter in a way that's not really about the number on the scale. Feels amazing having the motivation and energy back for walks and outings with the kids.
