Ozempic making anyone else emotional?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Felt exactly this on sema. Not totally sure why I'm not getting the same on tirzepatide yet, guess I only just started and I'm still at .30. Not sure, honestly, sema seemed to hit all the feelings way harder, but maybe that's just early days or starting-dose stuff. Anyone with a similar experience, feel free to chime in.

Only two shots into 0.25mg so take this with plenty of salt. Even at that low amount my appetite's dropped noticeably and I've already lost a fair bit of weight.

Ozempic's been making me sad though. Picked up on it several days past that opening dose, and by the second shot my mood really tanked. Not sure if it's because food was always my coping mechanism, or if it's messing with how my antidepressants get processed, but I've definitely been crying more than usual (though I lean emotional naturally anyway). I eat my small meals, try to hit protein where I can, and otherwise all I really crave is burrowing into bed feeling low.

Hoping this is just my body adjusting, and right now getting the weight down matters more to me than staying cheerful, so I'm sticking with it. Hoping things look up for both of us soon.

Currently sitting in urgent care dealing with severe anxiety. Been on this medication for a couple months and anxiety had been fairly well managed before starting it. Needless to say, this is the end of the road with it. Hoping things improve soon on your end too.
