Hey! Never come across that before but sounds worth trying. Going to test it out today and let you know if anything noticeably changes. My hunch is it's just a dud batch though, the powder's got that partially melted and recrystallized look to it.

Many here treat three months as the safe window after mixing, assuming you wipe each vial with alcohol before every stick, use real bacteriostatic water, and refrigerate.
 
Degradation over 8 weeks is minimal, I wouldnt worry about this for tirz, provided Hospira water was used, alcohol wipes came before and after each draw, and it stayed refrigerated. As for actual mass, Ive seen so many lab reports for multiple vials from the same batch with different numbers that I go by labeled mg. Your call, but spread across 4 or 8 doses, a few mg above 60mg amounts to almost nothing.
 
Everyone must pick their own comfort level with risk. Personally I read a lot here and elsewhere. You are right, much of the info says no, but most of that covers peptides broadly. Tirzepatide is a different beast and far more forgiving than others. For the past 4 or 5 months I have reconstituted a 100mg vial, moved half into a fresh sterile vial and frozen it. First half gets used, then I thaw the second, and I see zero loss of efficacy from it.
 
How many of us began with compounders? A friend who did not know better sent me to mine. A few people I talk to think one vial stretched over six months is fine with proper care. Honestly, tossing it all would be fine too, I just hate binning something that may still be safe. Thank you all for the knowledge.
