I'm HOT at 53! 🔥

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Just finished month one, dropped 14 pounds with zero sides. Insurance will only cover one month at 2.5, so I'm upping to 5 tonight. Hoping the sides stay minimal if they show up at all.

Getting better with age at 53 and noticing it is the arc the scale doesn't fully capture. The confidence shift - not needing the extra layer at Mexico heat - is the body-image part catching up.

Went from 328 down to 302, roughly 26 lbs over three months, averaging close to two pounds weekly. That's alongside lifting to near failure three times a week. Eating around 2270 calories daily with well over 200 grams of protein. Trying to hang onto as much strength as possible through this. Progress has eased up a bit lately, so I might trim calories further soon. Held reta at a smaller amount until just this past weekend, when I finally stepped it up. No rush on my end though. Took three decades to get to this point, so spending a year or two working back toward a healthy 225 feels perfectly reasonable to me.

Thank you! That particular marker came back at a moderate level, but that's after several months running a couple of growth-support compounds together plus a week of another one, with no earlier baseline for comparison. Planning to retest every few months to track changes. This drug class delivered genuinely, and now the focus has shifted to body recomposition, so the goal at this age is really just trimming a rounder midsection.
