Ozempic update - feeling good!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
People on TikTok swear these meds wreck your stomach, but half the time they're the ones using it themselves. I found out one of my biggest judges was on Ozempic for 2 years. Way more people have prescriptions than you'd think—branded, compounded, grey market. Stigma's fading.

32 lbs in 16 weeks at .25/.5mg with no major side effects is the smooth early path - the confidence piece tends to compound faster than the scale number from here.

week 2 at 0.25mg is really too early for the scale to move much. the medication builds up gradually and most people don't notice much until after the first month or so. the fact that you're already in deficit and moving is doing the right things - the number will catch up.

2.5kg in the first two months at 0.25 and 0.5mg is right on schedule. the food noise quieting is usually the signal that marks a real shift. that early feeling when results finally show does not come on day one but when it does it makes the slow start worth it.

Strong response at 1mg weekly is a good sign for how the titration ahead might go. Appetite suppression and energy are the two early signals that tell you the most about where this is heading. How are both of those tracking right now?

About day thirteen here! Kicked off on the 26th.
Smooth sailing for the most part so far.
Shot goes in around 10pm on Sundays. A bit of nausea for roughly an hour after, but bedtime follows soon enough so it's manageable.

Week one, the effect seemed to wear off by Friday, and Saturday brought real hunger. Then a cycle started that Monday, apparently not unusual timing-wise beforehand.
Down 5lbs after week one (also counting calories, roughly 1200 daily).
No other side effects. Constipation's already a personal struggle managed with a fiber supplement, this medication hasn't changed that much either way.

Week two, that wearing-off feeling never showed up at all. Weight held steady, outside actual meals there's genuinely no urge to snack, and that ravenous feeling an hour after dinner is gone, has been since the start.
Other stuff like the constipation always gets worse around that time of the cycle, so hard to isolate the actual cause this week.
Weight ticked up a pound, probably the same explanation.

Overall pretty happy with how it's going so far. Planning to keep counting calories and exercising alongside this, since with PCOS that alone was never quite enough before, weight would come off and then creep right back despite doing everything right.

Honestly, nobody knows your body better than you do, no idea what this other compound even is, but tread carefully experimenting solo. Given the current weight and height mentioned, the standard medication alone probably won't do much. Some side effects might still show up, but the amount being used sounds too small to have a real effect.
