lucky that glp-1s work so well for me. my surgeon did amazing work and actually introduced me to the compounded stuff. that's where things really shifted.
 
tirz is solid for inflammation and a lot of people find relief from chronic pain on it. collagen helps with joints if you stick it out 12-20 weeks. the whole rest is pretty grey area territory though.
 
just curious—how much tirzepatide are you actually taking? the units vs milligrams mix-up makes way more sense. at 8 months i'd be surprised you're facing a stall. might just need to titrate up on the dose.
 
Vendor history gets buried quickly - using name plus thread type in search surfaces it faster than browsing.
 
Vendors cycling through product lines is normal enough that waiting for a restocked catalog is usually faster than switching to a new source and starting the vetting process over.
 
Also picked up my Tirz from that same place before finding this forum. Curious whether you were happy with whatever you ended up ordering?
