Little to no side effects?

Really appreciate you responding! If it's not too personal to ask, have you dealt with much in the way of side effects?

Was so nervous taking that very first dose!

Good news though, practically zero side effects showed up at all! And the health improvements started showing surprisingly fast. Not just the weight coming off, but things I genuinely didn't see coming, breathing clearer through my nose, skin clearing up, my cycle finally becoming regular again.

Honestly, even setting weight loss aside, I'd still want to stay on this medication. It's that good.

If there's one tip I'd offer, load up on fiber and drink plenty of water! Constipation's really the only annoying side effect I deal with.

Same here. Zero nausea whatsoever. Occasional mild constipation's been my only complaint, and honestly that's on me for slacking on fiber-rich foods. Really dialed in my eating patterns and think that's kept the rough side effects away. Been running sema a full year, 80 pounds gone! Genuinely life-altering for me. Looking back now to when I was scared to even start because of everything I'd read about the downsides, I'm grateful I both took the plunge and ended up on the winning side of things.
