Little to no side effects?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Was so nervous taking that very first dose!

Good news though, practically zero side effects showed up at all! And the health improvements started showing surprisingly fast. Not just the weight coming off, but things I genuinely didn't see coming, breathing clearer through my nose, skin clearing up, my cycle finally becoming regular again.

Honestly, even setting weight loss aside, I'd still want to stay on this medication. It's that good.

If there's one tip I'd offer, load up on fiber and drink plenty of water! Constipation's really the only annoying side effect I deal with.

Same here. Zero nausea whatsoever. Occasional mild constipation's been my only complaint, and honestly that's on me for slacking on fiber-rich foods. Really dialed in my eating patterns and think that's kept the rough side effects away. Been running sema a full year, 80 pounds gone! Genuinely life-altering for me. Looking back now to when I was scared to even start because of everything I'd read about the downsides, I'm grateful I both took the plunge and ended up on the winning side of things.

No serious side effects for me. Been on this since December 2025. Losing very gradually though, around a pound weekly, and I still keep religiously logging calories, capped at 1600 daily starting from 315 pounds, so I guess it evens out. Honestly the nausea almost helps since it kills my desire to eat, ha.

Started this back in late December and I'm down 40 pounds so far. Currently at 1mg (still waiting on the generic to get approved before moving to 2mg since the brand-name cost is out of reach right now), and the only real symptom has been occasional constipation, and even that only shows up if I'm not drinking enough water or skimping on fiber. Had some sulfur-smelling burps the first time I took a 1mg shot, but that hasn't happened again since.

I've told nobody I'm on it and there's been little probing. People see the weight loss but mostly don't comment, and many assume it's the gym (my go-to topic). If someone asks something odd I just say thanks, I am committed to my health, which is weird enough not to invite follow-ups. Side effects: only 5mg so far, and fatigue was my worst symptom. You can do a lot to prevent or ease them, like water for dehydration/headaches and fiber for constipation. And you will see that most stay on it despite side effects, I believe because they're manageable. Having dealt with depression myself, I can say this has been good for my mood and outlook. Only regret: I didn't begin earlier. You'll do great.

Right. As mentioned, my constipation turned around once I hit 1mg. Yours might, or might not. People's responses span a huge range. The whole super responder idea doesn't convince me much. Many would file both of us under that label, and they could be right, though I'm no doctor. I know we're doing the work though. Plenty of posters here seem to think the injection alone will dissolve the fat with zero effort from them. One week can be 5 lbs down, the next only half a pound. Pointing at the shot for swings like that is an excuse. Diet and movement should be set so you'd lose weight even off the meds. What the drug does is ease the mental strain of eating right. Best of luck bro, you'll manage.

this one was actually prescribed to me for its anti inflammatory effect, not for weight loss. ended up stopping after about nine weeks though, my hair started shedding in big clumps. my dose began at 2.5mg, then i cut down to 1.25 around week seven once that began, just to see if backing off would help. didn't lose a single pound the whole time, my eating never really changed, and my doctor ran a full blood panel to rule out any nutrient issues, nothing showed up. this seems like a pretty unusual reaction, i haven't come across anyone else dealing with hair loss like this. honestly bums me out because otherwise i was feeling better on it.
