Anyone still using Lipo-C?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Been injecting the copper peptide alongside the joint-repair one daily now for roughly three weeks. Can't confidently say I'm seeing much beyond my face finally clearing up (which, to be fair, is genuinely huge), and sticking with it feels worthwhile. But now I'm down that rabbit hole where there's zero agreement on proper duration: seen people here mention running the full blend daily for months straight, while others cycle it, either the copper compound solo or combined with others.

Don't want to lose out on the copper peptide's benefits specifically, and I'm nervous that taking a break will bring the breakouts right back. Thinking about switching to a topical version during any off period, though not sure that defeats the whole point?

Anyone with real experience running the copper peptide long term willing to share thoughts? Probably going to play it safe and stick to a six-weeks-on, four-weeks-off pattern, even though part of me really doesn't want to.

Brought this up in a different thread about KLOW dosing, but it applies equally to GLOW, this comes straight from the person who developed those protocols, clarifying some common misunderstandings around them.

Lingering here hunting for tips and any wisdom from folks familiar with this blend since I'm starting it tomorrow.

Decided to ease in lower and increase after a week, moving from a smaller amount up slightly. Nervous and excited all at once, mixed it with a larger volume of diluent and my calculator app flagged that the vial was probably overfilled given how much liquid I used. Oh well, onward we go! Depending how this round goes, might transfer to a bigger vial next time and dilute further.

Also, my sister's running the version without the anti-inflammatory component, mixed at a smaller volume, and says the sting is brutal at higher unit counts, but the healing benefits make it worthwhile in her words.

My lab report shows the anti-inflammatory component overfilled by a solid margin. Hoping that overfill helps with injection site reactions.

Did anyone here document how skin or hair looked before jumping into this blend?
