Semax plus Selank plus 5-Amino-1MQ stack - cognitive clarity under stress

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Hey everyone, wanted to share something today. Plenty of people around here doubt that this particular trio of nootropic peptides actually does much of anything. Current stack: a 2mg reta amount every three and a half days, alongside a single 500mcg semax dose, one 250mcg selank dose, and a twice-daily 5mg dose of 5-amino-1mq.

Had a brutal day today, up since 5am, hours of outdoor work under a punishing sun, then a three and a half hour stress-filled meeting, arguing and discussion the whole way through. Close to twenty hours fasted before it finally wrapped up.

Semax kept the focus sharp and made speaking up easier. Selank kept the overthinking from spiraling.

There's history here with brain-enhancement compounds too, including modafinil, which once turned a much lower-stress situation into a sweating, racing-heart mess. Today though, nothing like that. No overstimulation at all, just a calm, steady kind of focus.

Never tried that exact combo but the selank for keeping the spiraling down makes sense to me, I've used ashwagandha for something similar during stressful stretches and it takes the edge off without making me feel dulled. Twenty hours fasted on top of all that is impressive either way.

Semax and selank both work through different receptor pathways than the modafinil route so that tracks with why you didn't get the same overstimulation. Modafinil is more of a blunt dopamine push, these are supposed to be more about BDNF and stress response regulation, which fits the 'calm focus' description a lot better than 'wired.'

Been running semax on and off for a while and the thing that stands out to me is how much more consistent it is day to day compared to modafinil, no crash later either which was always my issue with that. Never combined it with 5-amino-1mq though, that one I've mostly seen used for weight stuff not cognition, curious if you're noticing anything from it specifically or if it's just along for the ride in the stack.

I prefer subq myself. Semax did nothing for me until roughly 500 mcg, and the effect stayed mild, like conversations flowing better plus sharper working memory and recall. I eventually reached 1mg, though my tolerance runs high. Selank also needed about 500mcg before I noticed it, and my sweet spot turned out to be 700mcg. For other cognition peptides there's Cerebrolysin, Cortagen, Pinealon, Dihexa, P21, Adamax, Adalank and PE-22-28.
