Reta timing: morning or night?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Take mine right before bed, actually helps with sleep. Could never handle taking it in the morning or exhaustion would follow me the entire day.

Always injected in the morning myself, heard some people mention sleep trouble after a dose, though thinking it through now, not totally sure that lines up with what's understood about peak blood levels and half-life timing. Usually dose up on weekends right after a tough fasted cardio session too, which also seems to curb hunger a bit for a couple hours afterward, though that's probably just coincidence.

Not on anything currently and still wake up two or three times most nights, averaging four to six hours total. Reta or other GLPs aren't really my main draw toward peptides, more curious about them generally, but hearing it can mess with sleep gives me pause since my sleep is already rough as is.

Wondering what might pair well with it to help offset that, though since I'm not starting anytime soon I'll figure that out when I get there. If I did end up starting reta, would probably add some kind of growth hormone compound alongside it anyway for muscle retention, and curious if that might double as a sleep aid too. Would be nice to solve two problems at once.

Also, from what I can tell in the guidance, nothing specifically calls for fasting or a particular time of day. Makes sense to time things carefully with growth-related compounds since those are heavily researched. I personally take my dose each morning right after waking, still fasted (usually just black coffee with a bit of collagen mixed in). Same story with the fifth compound, it kept me too wired, so mornings became the only workable time.

My dose went in right after waking, and then I skipped food for an hour so I'd be fasted. Reta slows things down too much for me to manage an early dinner or a late bedtime. I don't think any real science shows a benefit from dosing at night. Sleep was fine for me.
