Tirz, Survo, AND Cagri? Anyone tried this?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Looking into stacking options to boost my tirz results. Haven't had a cycle in three months now though, so not much of a baseline to compare against. Always ran irregular anyway and had a skipped cycle even before tirz entered the picture. Clearly the weight loss has played into it too.
Leaning toward either cagri or survo.

One cagri vial came home with me right when my pep journey began, a haul of three single vials, two tirz and one cagri, before I found this treasure of a forum. It sits untouched in my fridge and I increasingly think I'll never bother, not worth the hassle. Reta on top of tirz is my stack though and I love it. Try that!

Ozempic_OG_21 I added cagri to tirz for food noise back when tirz was 8mg for me. That dose was still working for weight, but the noise was creeping back, so I left tirz alone. Began cagri with 100mcg and went up gradually. Two years on the combo now, currently 15mg of tirz with 3mg of cagri. Plan is to move to elora once it's easier to get. Not sure what stacking tirz with reta gives you beyond the glucagon receptor. Might make more sense to swap fully to reta first, so you can judge the effect on your mental state prior to thinking about stacking.

I figure I'm okay so long as two different compounds never max out the same receptors together. My bloodwork and my body say everything is heading the right way. Monthly loss is 5-6 lbs and I notice no bad side effects. Should I need more, I can raise either or both doses, so Cagri and its risks aren't necessary. Getting Eloralintide would mean stacking it too, then tweaking the rest.
