GLP-1 injection site woes?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
My thighs are lean up top, so to make sure I hit fat rather than muscle I sometimes go into the outer thigh, high up near the butt. I alternate between the belly, a little below and beside the navel, and the outer thighs. I pinch a solid couple inches of flab and enter at roughly 60 degrees.

Injecting in my belly makes me more nauseous with stronger appetite suppression, which isn't great since eating becomes nearly impossible for a week. I've switched to my thighs but I'm getting bruises. And I still got constipated anyway (sigh).

Tried my inner thigh just now, and it hurt. Stomach injections don't register at all for me. Should it improve my appetite control, the pain is a fair price.

I'll test this tomorrow at my next jab. It's probably anecdotal, but one week I injected my belly's left half and the food noise vanished and I filled up fast. I bruised there too, unlike the right side. The following week, injecting right, the food noise roared back and my small protein-rich, low carb meals didn't satisfy me. Twice-daily insulin shots were my routine once, which taught my belly to handle rotating spots (I bruised a lot back then too).
