Psoriasis & KPV/KLOW: Experiences?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Otezla was a real slog for me for a stretch. The skin trouble tied to my PsA eased on tirzepatide. Following a mountain of research, I added subcutaneous KPV. A short, predictable, medium flare hit me for two weeks at most. After that my joints eased up gradually, visibly better by month one, and clearly improved now that I'm around month three. I might test a blend while holding onto KPV as a fallback. Some hair thinning came with tirzepatide and the psoriasis, so my hope is topical AHK-Cu to recover over the next 3 or 4 months. Still, skin and joints are far improved (not perfect), and I'd trade the thinning for this much extra ease of movement. Hope this helps!

I began kpv about seven weeks back after reading a recent inspiring thread here. I had a slight irritation on my chest, barely visible but annoying, and hoped kpv would fix it. Nope, nothing. My derm scraped it Friday and is puzzled, so tomorrow I collect a prescription ointment. What kpv did do surprised me though. I used to wake up stiff and needed to stretch and move around before taking the stairs. Now I hop out of bed and head downstairs, no issue, my knees and every joint feel two decades younger. I'd been on tirz a few months already and added kpv on its own, so I'm sure it's the kpv, the change came almost right away.

Glad this came up. A person I know is on a low Reta dose and noticed a modest change in scalp psoriasis by month 3. In month 4 they added the blend and finished a vial, and the skin improved a bit more. The last two weeks they've mixed 1mg kpv with 2.5mg GhkCU and the flares stopped completely. Plan is one more week of that, then a lower dose.

My KPV comes with the blend, so naturally I cant separate its effect from the rest, and I've never used KPV alone. A before photo was taken at the start, to compare against in two or three months, though it might only prove that skin looks better with a tan, since summer has arrived lol
