GLP-1 shots every 5 or 6 days?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Twenty three months in at this point. Countless injections. Currently running a five day cycle. Have also cycled through six and seven day gaps previously.

Same story here, so I shortened my interval from weekly to every 5 days. Ive kept the 5-day rhythm going more than half a year now. I dont recommend anyone copy me, but it eased my food noise a great deal on days 5, 6 and 7, when it used to roar back.

For me it's 1.5 mg twice a week, Sunday morning at 8 and Wednesday evening at 8. Eight weeks in and it hits pretty hard, no side effects, no hungry days. Every 5 days was something I tried earlier, but the shot day drifts each week, and that makes planning a pain. I want to feel good on Friday and Saturday so I can enjoy my food a bit more. Get the GLP Plotter, it keeps you from overdosing. Math is easy: 5mg weekly is about 0,714 mg a day, so a 5 day gap would be 3,57 mg per shot. A bit more than that is probably what you'll want, since the peaks and valleys flatten out this way and most people still want the peak.

Context matters here, why are you actually on mounjaro, diabetes, obesity, PCOS, something else? If diabetes is the reason, run this by your physician before straying from the normal routine, since that can let glucose drift outside a safe range. That said, spacing injections out is doable, I stretched mine once to buy extra weeks while waiting on new insurance, but less frequent dosing means less of the drug circulating in your body overall. That can ease the rough stuff, though if nothing bothered you around when you first settled into your current dose, this might just be a bug or something you ate. Big, greasy meals trip up a lot of people on this. If your diet genuinely hasn't shifted, spacing things out further is reasonable as long as your doctor's on board too.
